I truly enjoyed the rustic charm of Fern River Resort. The cozy cabin we stayed in was beautifully decorated and easily accessible, making it a perfect retreat amidst the stunning redwoods, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature.

The cabin was cozy but could use some upgrades. Bedding was a bit old and had some stains. There was a slight musty smell. Clean, but definitely felt like it needed some freshening up. The setting is beautiful though, right in the redwoods, which made it nice overall. Just wished the room matched the lovely surroundings a bit more.

We had an amazing group vacation with friends! The location is perfect, nestled among beautiful redwoods. We explored Steamer Lane and took an exhilarating hike along the River Trail. Just a heads up, bring your own towels as the provided ones are quite thin. Overall, a great getaway!

i absolutely loved my stay at fern river resort! the cabins are cozy, and the location by the river is breathtaking. we enjoyed swimming in the deep pools among the boulders. it's also super close to henry cowell redwood state park, which is perfect for hiking! the staff was very friendly, making our experience even better.
